Start Up Problems...weird icons appearing ...help?

Hi

I have an ibook G4 with Mac OX 10.3.9. Ever since i reinstalled mac os x (while keeping my files) I have two icons which keep flashing when the lapton is starting up. One looks like a square with a globe inside and then another looks like a file with the mac os x logo. I installed all the updates so im not sure what these icons mean and how to get rid of them.



Can someone help?
