Toshiba e-studio 311c

My company recently purchased a Toshiba e-Studio 311c. We are having no problems printing to it from our PC's but when trying to use my Mac, all the special functions are grayed out and I'm unable to select them (stapleing, booklet making, etc) I downloaded the latest drivers from Toshiba and have turned on the functions in the printer prefrences.

I'm running a dual core G5 useing Mac OS X (10.4.11)
