Yes, perhaps Macworld should begin to add that info to articles such as this? US only. You have readers from all over, you know, so that way we didnʼt have to waste our oh so valuable time reading about stuff which has no influence on our lives and we can instead watch a good football game:) (Yes, yes, soccer - but it is football, futbol, fotboll, fotball, fu?ball etc. in the rest of the world and the ball is played with the feet, hence the name=)

AS far as cleaning up the process of importing to itunes from a .zip, someone might be able to create an automator flow that can be assigned to a smart folder. WHen a new file is downloaded to a specific folder (if Raphsody lets you designate what folder it downloads to ) it would then decompress the file, import the tracks to itunes, run a CD artwork search (if not already included in the metadata) and then delete the zip that was downloaded (if the iTunes is configured in the preferences to move tracks to the Music folder). Heck, I think I might try making it myself (not that I use Raphsody mind you).

I checked this out, and there is no way Rhapsody is as easy to use as the iTunes store. Not only that, but the music selection is nowhere near as good. It took me a while to find an album I wanted... they didn't have the new Kelly Clarkson album, for instance, or the complete Dave Matthews Band catalog, or the new Planet at the Disco! CD, either. There was other stuff I was looking for and couldn't find. And I must have had to log-in and re-log-in about a 1/2 dozen times.
I gots me my free download, but I was pretty underwhelmed by the service overall and doubt I will be back.

So I signed up and got my free tracks.

Then a few hours later I went to cancel my subscription. When I clicked on the "cancel my subscription" link, it directs me to a webpage for customer service. I am going to have to call a 1-800 number to cancel the service.

I'm kinda pretty sure now that I'm going to end up paying for what I downloaded, one way or the other.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS. IT'S GOING TO END BADLY.

I'm really glad the service sucked. Now I'll be able to tell them that when I get them on the phone... which I'm sure is going to be a tremendous pain in the you-know-what.

Well, it's RealNetworks, so no big surprise if it sucks. I won't even bother.
