How to put transfer music from iPod to iTunes

How can i put all of my music from my ipod into my itunes on my new MBP....Im sure there are some good programs that will do that, but i dont know of any? anyone got any ideas?

senuti or xpod.... i prefer senuti, but xpod would work too

senuti= itunes spelled backward
