Updating Site on .mac?

I'm new to .mac, and have access to a friend's account. I'm building a web site for him, and he wants me to load it to his iDisk for testing. I originally uploaded the site (via my desktop) yesterday. But none of the changes I made last night or today show up. How can that be?
