Keyboard making e^ca when I donet want it to...

Hi.

I reinstalled my powerbook g4 with the included disks and everything is pretty much fine - except the keyboard setting are off. Question marks are e, apostraphes are e, brackets are ^ca. How do I get out of thisE(question mark)

Kathy, look at the international prefpane, input tab. What languages
are checked? Mine shows only US and US Extended.
