Garageband Conversion

Hi there.

I have a Garageband music I wanted to post on the Internet for submission, but it's asking for an .mp3 format. The Garageband has the settings .band. Is there any way I can convert Garageband music to an mp3? Thanks.

Open the file in garageband, then under the Share menu, select send to iTunes, it will create an mp3 in your iTunes library.
