iMovie 08 not compatible with time capsual

Hi

Whilst in iMovie08 and trying to use the time capsual, purely as an external hard drive (wireless), I am unable to move events or import movies to the time capsual as a hard drive.

In iMovie08 I can see the time capsual as a hard drive, but it has a little yellow warning tag.

Can anyone help, I want to be able to access the time capsual as a hard drive from iMovie08
