Airport Comp2Comp

I have a question about airport. I want to run a computer to computer network. I create the network and I can have the computers sucessfully join, I believe, because the airport menu is replaced by a diamond with a computer inside. However, I am not sure what to do then...should a drive mount, like a removable Firewire drive, or do I have mount something manually or something else?

In the finder, try the Go/Connect to server... menu. If your two computers are indeed connected, you should see the other one there.
