Windows Partition just doesn't show up

Now I can get into the Windows by changing the boot camp settings so that it boots into Windows on startup. I can see the Mac OS X HD when I press alt/opt on startup but I can't see my windows partiton which I have named Windows. Is there a solution. I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Are you using: Boot Camp, Fusion or Parallels?
