Any thoughts on when this is likely to be released in the UK store? Seems a bit odd that it isn't released at the same time.

Bummer, it's not in the iPhone/Touch app store (yet?). So much for downloading it now and playing it on the train ride home.

I heard that it was being released on Sunday not sure if that referred to the UK but I do hope we get it over here.

Well it's in the US app store, but not UK yet for some reason. How odd.

It doesn't look like Spore is available for iPhone/iPod Touch yet, just the iPod click-wheel game.
It looks like Spore.com is saying release for iPhone is sometime in Sept.

If you have a buck to spend and have an iPhone/iPod Touch, Apple has just approved NaviSPORE (http://www.navispore.com), the only iPhone app that lets you see your Creations in 3D. As described in the link, NaviSPORE is community-driven: if you want to see your Creation, send the COLLADA file and associated textures as a zip file to us via mycreation@navispore.com (using the Spore COLLADA cheat). Give it a name, one that hasn't already been taken in our model bank.
