I have what I hope isn't an odd request. I'm brand new to Smart Mailboxes, but I'm willing to give them a shot, if they can do what I want.
I'd like to be able to have one for a Address Book group (which I already have set up), but then I also want one for everyone else not in that group to go to another one. Does that make sense?
In other words, one box gets all the industry-related contacts in AB, the other gets everything else from the inbox except those emails.
I'd really appreciate the proper configuration so I can keep these things separate.
Thanks!

In mail go to Mailboxes>>New Smart mailbox
then in the field which sets the conditions, eg from, subject, etc; select: Sender is member of Group, then select the group to the right.
I guess for the rest of your contacts, you can make a group that contains all of them except the ones in the specific group you are creating this mailbox for, and then create another smart mailbox with senders from the "everyone else" group you have created.
