I have an imac 2.8 GHz intell Core 2 Duo with 2GB and just purchased this camera..

I have read a lot of the threads and am wondering what accessories I will need to make this run seemlessly with my camera, as well as what settings I should use to get the best quality video with the least amount of problems.

I also plan on storing my video on an external drive that can be accessed by two different computers, if anyone has any recommendations about drives that would be nice as well. This drive shall not be wireless, I will hardwire into my router.
