Personally, I'm very happy with Tris, the free Tetris look-alike that was available at the App Store before Tetris forced Apple to remove it. I strongly disagree with those who seem to think that all iPhone apps should be free or almost free; but $8 for Tetris really seems out of line considering the prices of other very capable iPhone games. $2.99 would be more like it.

I use Tris, a free version, and it is just as good. EA overprices its games, and the bottom line is the game, not the frills. $1.99 would make it more attractive to buy, but even at that price I would not buy it.
