The Internet blocking software I have seen requires an administrator to release a URL for access.

Is there a package which works in reverse - leaves the Internet open allows me to block specific sites?

would the parental controls suffice?

Thanks,

When you go to parental controls you then click on content. Then you can add the sites you want blocked. You have to click the first then enter the URL then click again, rather than type in the URL and then click +.
