Hello,
I am new to MacWorld, I registered here because I am about to buy a MacBook Pro and maybe I will ned some help doing stuff on a Mac, since I am a Windows user.

So, I'm about to switch from a desktop computer to a MacBook Pro (late October). I will sell my computer, but I will keep the display, mentioned in the title of the discussion, because 15 inch is a bit too little for me. The new MacBooks have the Mini DisplayPort and I'm afraid that the mentioned display won't with the MBP. I know i have to connect it with the Mini DisplayPort adapter, since the display can be connected over DVI-D and D-SUB.

So, does anyone have any experience with any external displays on the new MacBooks? Any shared experience would be greatly appreciated.
