I currently use Time Machine to back up the content of several source hard drives on to a 2 TB La Cie Hard drive. The source hard drives are two internal ones in my Dual 1.8 GHz PowerPC G5 and an external HD I use for music recording. I back up these 3 sources automatically using Time Machine. I want to make another backup to a different external hard drive that I can store in a bank safety deposit box. I would bring out this 'safety deposit' hard drive monthly and update it. What's the best way to do this? I've tried dragging the Time Machine-generated backup files to a folder on the 'Safety deposit' HD without success. I'm not even sure if that would create an intact back up. I also own SuperDuper, but am concerned how to generate backups from 3 HD's.

There's no trick to this. In the Time Machine preference pane, simply select "Change Disk" and select the Safety Deposit drive as your new backup location. A complete backup will ensue. Once you're done, just use the Change Disk button again and select the original harddrive. Time Machine does not get confused switching between two drives like this, and will simply compare the files on the drive currently selected to those on your main drive.
