Is there a way to "gift" iPhone applications from the App Store? On music in the iTS, there's a link to "gift this music", but short of sending an electronic gift certificate and a recommendation, I can't seem to find any way to gift an application. Seems an odd omission. Is there something I've missed?

I'd like to recommend this new Festive App. Jolly Jingle - a sing-along Christmas Caroling App design for kids and cheerful teenagers. We want to make Caroling with a new twist, it's on an iPhone or iPad.
