You should check out iHangman. That one's pretty good too.

I agree with Proficient, check out iHangman, much nicer interface than the ones you've reviewed.

Jeff, there's quite a few more Hangman games which would be great to compare if possible. in addition to iHangman mentioned above, how about:
Hangman Super Splash
Hangman2
Salvami
