It just works. Very impressive. There aren't any options, though; a 4 by 6 print at photo resolution.

So now we've got photo storage, built-in camera, quite a few image editing apps, and now wireless photo printing. Sh*t, man! Who needs a computer?
Seriously, though, it would be great if HP could see their way to allowing this app to work with any wireless printer... Epson printers, for instance?

This worked like a charm from my iPod Touch. It found my little HP3930 Deskjet attached to my MacBook and printed the picture without issue. If you have an nice Photo Printer with a 6x4 tray this could be handy to say the least. May even convince me to get one of those printers now...must be what HP had in mind. VG

There is another iPhone/iPod Touch app in the app store that enables you to print contacts, web pages as well as photos to any printer (not just HP). Click the link to check it out - it is great and works really well! Not free, but is just $2.99 and does a lot more!

It doesn't work with some of HP's own inkjet printers with built-in WiFi. For example, it cannot find my Deskjet 6988 which has built-in WiFi.

Getting camera phone photos out of the phone and into another medium has been a big pain. Glad to see HP innovating to provide a simple way to get photos out of the phone and onto a physical medium that you can share.
Might I suggest also checking out Picwing Prints? It’s another way to automatically print and mail your iphone photos to those closest to you, without requiring an HP wireless printer: http://www.picwing.com/
