Is it really fair to include the live update pages as they probably got refreshed a whole bunch causing page hits to climb?

The single point of the article is to show what the most-viewed articles of 2008 were. If those received the most views, they are the ones that received the most views. What does "fair" have to do with it?

@atticusf: We think you'll find that you'll prefer lists with only USB ports. We're confident. Just give it time.

...and I DO HATE glossy lists! Especially glossy ones with no FW800!
