X-Box adapter used as usb wireless on I-Book...

Just wondering if I can get an X-Box wireless adapter to work as a usb wireless adapter for my old I-book.

I had used a USB wireless adapter to "talk" to my home linksys network. But it recently died..... So I've got

this X-Box Wireless adpter that plugs into the USB port on the back of "The Box". Wonder if somehow that

can be used on the I-book???
