Hello,
I'm close to launching an online wineshop with two employees (my wife and I) and would like to use a good customer management system for business contacts, campaigns, stock in trade, letters, etc. ...
As I see it there are two programs on the market for this: Filemaker and Daylite.

Which is best for our kind of "small business"?

Or, is Bento better for a small size company?

Any help and hints about those two programs (or perhaps other programs) are very much appreciated.

Thank you.

PS. I posted this question another place in the Forum before I noticed the Business Mac Topics. Sorry for that.

I'm not sure that I would use either.

You might want to go with a CRM (customer relationship management) program:

Or you might prefer to go with a POS (Point Of Sale) program:

Thanks Randy. I'll look into it.
