finally switched to an iphone from blackberry this year I never looked back!
Been a MAC user for 3yrs and just finding ways for it to talk to a BB was drama.
I dont have that energy to find replacements just to save $100 a year. I can
easily spend that over a weekend. Plus I can access my @ me from any computer

Actually you can get Mobile Me as low as 40 a year up to 60 TOPS, average 50 a year.

those who are upset at Apple for MobileMe service being "too expensive", really are fooling themselves thinking that by paying $8-$10 a month to another host they will get all the features provided by iPhoto and iWeb. NO.
$8 a month sounds like very cheap, but it's actually $96 a year, almost $100. isn't it "toooo expensive" as well....???
By going with another hosting company guaranteed your beautiful photos and the slide show, and the MobileMe gallery..and...WON'T work properly and some won't work at all.
Amazon sells MobileMe for about $70. Can be a better deal than that ?
People who turn their backs to MobileMe and go to Google, are also fooling themselves. Not Google, not Smugmug...not other service can present your photos and iWeb website in the best possible way, than MobileMe.
