Adobe PDF files

Whenever I open an Adobe PDF document on the desktop, the document closes itself a few seconds later. Nothing else is affected. Whenever I open the Adobe PDF document from an internet page, the same thing happens, only this time the internet connection is broken.
I've downloaded the newest version of Adobe installer.
Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

There's probably a problem with Adobe and your system, I'd recommend a reinstall of Adobe. Try opening PDFs in preview.
