I want a "tv style" remote control for my desktop iTunes

...don't have an ipod,
I am looking for way to operate iTunes on my desktop at home with a remote control similar to the way a remote control changes channels on a TV. Any suggestions or links? The only thing I know is that I probably have to get a USB/ infrared sensor that plugs into my cpu, and then the remote, if it's not a package deal.

h1. i knew someone would say that.. i don't want to buy Front Row.. i would not use it!
