Boot Camp/XP problem

While usuing Boot Camp on my iMac Intel Plastic using OS10.5.6 and Widows XP I am forced to rediscover my wireless mouse and keyboard every time I switch to XP. Mac Geniuses have told me to reinstall the drivers from my Boot Disk. I did this as well as reinstall the entire Boot Camp App. This did nothing. Any help? Thanks

Yes, these are Apple wireless devices. I will try your suggestion on the Windows side.

Curious, are you using secure (i.e., pass key) pairing for both devices? My experience with the Apple wireless keyboard and mouse in Windows is that without secure pairing, the connections don't reliably stick between boots.
