I'm not saying this beta is feature complete (even though historically, beta has meant that, nowadays, it generally just means it's prerelease with some bugs).
But, I would not hold my breath waiting for feature parity with the Windows version. Intuit has a LONG history of charging more money for fewer features for the Mac version's of their products.
I don't think any version of any of their products has even been approximately equal in terms of features.

I actually got in on the beta (the updated one as of January) and after trying to fuss with it for about a week and I am definitely disappointed, I was just looking for a replacement for Quicken 2009 for windows and Quicken Financial Life for Mac utterly fails at that. As "reallycrazy" states this is another half-baked mac counterpart to a superb windows program.

I have been a Quicken user for years on both Mac and Windows, and I remain utterly appalled at Intuit's lack of attention to cross-platform issues. It is the ONLY major piece of software I use that has NO PROVISION for migrating from Mac to Windows or vice versa - simply inexcusable for a company with resources like this. I have had to move my data from Mac to Windows and back again, a process that was long, painful and could not be done without significant data loss.
I would hope that they would start treating Mac users as equals. Hey, we probably have money ;-). That's why we have these nice machines!
On the other hand, Quicken is the type of tool that makes perfect sense as a web application. I know that Intuit is offering this now, but haven't heard much about it good, bad or otherwise.

Also, when will we get an application to sync the desktop version of Quicken to our iPhones? Pocket Quicken was the perfect companion application on other handhelds but Quicken refuses to license that developer for an iPhone version of Pocket Quicken and they show no signs of coming through with a substitute.
