Hi, my Macbook has absolutely amazing internet connection signal. It rarely, if ever, disconnects or becomes unstable. Almost 100% signal ALL the time! My PC however, is another story. The PC wireless disconnects constantly and doesn't have nearly as strong a signal as my Macbook does (even when the Macbook wireless is disconnected the signal for the PC doesn't improve).

My router is a Belkin N1 signal - some fancy one my dad bought. The wireless adaptor I'm using on my PC is also a Belkin N1 adaptor.

It does confuse me as to why the Macbook has such strong and secure signal, whereas the PC wireless is so INsecure, but the point I'm getting at is this:

Is it possible to connect my PC to the Macbook somehow (be it Ethernet or whatnot), and use the Macbook's wireless internet as the primary source FOR the PC?

Thanks a lot!

Sure, on the MacBook go to Sharing, turn on Internet Sharing, then plug an Ethernet cable between the two computers and set the PC to look to the Mac as the router address.

Thank you very much! I have no idea how to do that on the PC though. You don't happen to know anything about doing setting Vista up to use the Mac, or anywhere that might be of help do you? I know this is a Mac forum but I'm just so desperate! :(

Thanks!
