Uploading to MobileMe from Windows

I tried several times last week to upload a zipped 300MB file to my MobileMe account, but each time about 3/4 of the way through the upload, I'd get an "Upload failed" message - nothing else. I've got plenty of space on my account, so available space wasn't an issue.

Any suggestions?
