MFP seems like a cool app, I use the free version and I'd almost upgraded when I read that DataViz is working on a version of Documents To Go (which I use on my Palm Centro).
Now I'm up for paying good money that allows editing on par with DTG and cloud access - nothing's stepped up yet, and with no copy-cut-paste on the iPhone, there's no office app on the iPhone that's worth my time or my money.

It should also be noted that currently, MobileFiles (in any version) does not allow viewing of iWork '09 files; only '08. Whether this is a limitation based on missing support from Apple or slow development on QuickOffice's part is not known. As a regular user of iWork '09, it definitely is stopping me from buying the Pro version.
That, and as bonesb stated, the inability to Copy/Cut/Paste within iPhone makes any productivity program just too much work to be worth it at this stage. The iPhone and its developers have just not evolved enough to consider these apps on par with their Palm/Symbian/WM counterparts.

Now just 4 months later comes the announcement of iPhone OS 3.0 which will include cut copy & paste. Now how long will it take for these good for the beginning entry of the iPhone/iPod Touch into the business market. Documents To Go seems to be the big name in this MS Office look-a-like program contest. We'll see who wins this time around. At present it seems to be that a mix of the different spreadsheet programs are needed. Some make work in a confined enough area that one of the programs work best. But with spreadsheets being such a general topic, many will need more than one,
