When I use Faces, after a while one of my faces will disappear and be incorporated or merged into another face. So my grandson will disappear and be found in my granddaughter's file with her name on each of the boy's. I have called Apple to state I had this problem. I did not hear from them for 3 weeks. When I called in to complain, they told me to trash the faces files found by right clicking the iPhoto folder, I did this and still have the same loss of faces. They state this has never happened before and I feel I am being pushed off. Does anyone have a suggestion?
