I have set up some address labels to print from address book. But the way Address Book is pulling the data is not quite the way it should read on a label... for instance, it is reading:

Jeff Smith Claire and Jack
123 Main St
Houston TX 70000

It seems to me that it should read:
Jeff, Claire & Jack Smith
123 Main St
Houston TX 7000

In the case where I have a spouse listed in address book, it is not showing them on the label at all... just the "main" contact and the kids!

Is there a way to change the way the names read on address labels? I would be OK to be able to edit the labels once Address Book has set them up to print...

HELP! :)

If you can't find a way to do what you want within Address Book, try PearLabelizer. It integrates pretty well with the Address Book and you can edit the labels however you want.

Let me know how to edit in Pear Labelizer once I have dragged/dropped my group of addresses from Address Book. I couldn't see how to do this & it appeared to be pulling the labels into a PDF file... Thanks again!

After trying to do this myself, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do it but if you open Pearlabelizer, then Addressbook to the Group you want to make labels for, then drag each address individually over to Labelizer, the address labels can be edited by double clicking each label. A popup will appear that can be edited.
