When are they going to fix the apps they have already out? My Scrabble application does not contain the ability to turn off the sound on the intro. Extremely annoying. And everyone has commented on that. How hard would it be for them to release an update that fixes this?
I should note that otherwise I have been pleased with the app. But months have gone by with no mention of fixing it. when you pay 5 bucks for an app, you expect the same level of service you get from free app developers.

Hopefully the Monopoly Classic game (which I have been eagerly awaiting) turns out not to be the gross abomination that the existing "here and now" game turned out to be. I don't want to look like a spaz waiting in line somewhere shaking my iphone every 30 seconds to roll the dice.
Here's a tip to EA: Lay off some of the graphical gooeyness and focus on playability and game options. I would much rather play a game that is deep and has many configurable options than I would a game that is someone else's idea of a good time but has nice 3D animations and stupid music that you can't shut off separately from the other game sounds.

How about some original titles EA? Is it just me, or is anyone else sick of the crappy J2ME game style titles?

How about releasing Quake for the iPhone / iPod touch? That'd be great. And, throw in some online multiplayer action. That'd be fun to play Quake, Counterstrike, or some other similar game online on my iPod touch.

I'm not so sure the controls are up to it, but your mileage may vary. Anyway, John Carmack of Id Software has a lengthy explanation of what led to the release of Wolfenstein 3D for the iPhone, which came out yesterday, and Quake factored in -- we'll have a full report on that tomorrow.
