Importing created guitar sounds from GarageBand '08 to '09

Hi all,

I've created a couple of guitar sounds/effects in GarageBand '08 on a first gen Intel iMac I have. They're pretty vital because pretty much all of the music I write includes at least one of those guitar sounds. I got a MacBook Pro a week or so ago, with GarageBand '09 (obviously). Is there a way I can copy or import these guitar sounds from '08 on my old Mac to '09 on my new one?
