ibook os reinstall and now cant find iphoto and pictures, help?

Hi all,



Recently I did an update on my wifes ibook (2006) and it crashed, so I took it to have the o.s. reinstalled. However, now we cant find her iphoto or her pictures. Everything else seems to be fine, itunes, music etc. Any help is great. Thank you in advance.

Who did you take it to? Do you know what process they did (i.e. did they back it up and wipe the drive then reinstall the OS and then restore files)?

Which version of the OS is it?
