This "review" seems kind of pointless. Why is a "graduate student in library and information science" reviewing a theatre lighting specific application? Why not get a professional lighting designer to review it? I could give you the name of a dozen or more.
She really doesn't say much at all about the program except a cursory glance, and then ends with "But with some improvements, Gel Swatch Library could be a valuable reference for lighting pros." WHAT improvements? The only suggestion she made was in regard to user lists. And this program is useful for the amateur and student. Not just the "pro".
I have no idea how the final mouse rating was achieved as there really is very little to this "review".
