Hello there,

I am wondering if you can help. At my company, I am currently in charge of sending out our email campaigns. We have access to an iPhone and when we received our test messages on the iPhone, we were not able to see the full message. The preview only shows the "hidden" HTML email tracker coding. When you go in to view the message, it displays the entire email tracker code as well as the actual text from the message but does not show the images.

Is this a common problem with iPhones (receiving eblasts)?

Or do you think the problem stems from our eblast software?
