Using Exchange with iPhone and trying to keep home calender synced also

My company is using Microsoft Exchange to push calender and mail to the iphone. But when I go home and try to sync the iphone with my iMac I find that the option to synchronize the calender and contacts will not work because iTunes gives me the message that "Your contacts/calender are being synced with you iPhone over the air." Similarly, MobileMe will not synchronize if you already use an Exchange server. How can I update my home calender and contacts to keep them current with my iPhone??
