I no longer get mail when I click "Get Mail."

You are going to need to provide a few more details than that...

How do you get your email? Using Apple Mail? Entourage? A webmail system through a browser?

Any error messages?

What type of email account is it? POP? IMAP? Who is the email through? Yahoo? GMail? Someone else?

If you open up the web browser, are you able to browse the web?
