In Calendar, you now can touch phone numbers to dial them. The lack of that has bugged me since I got my 2G iPhone in 2007.

Updates to 3.0, all went smoothly.
Things annoyingly not in 3.0:
* Tethering, yes I know this is (partly) a carrier issue, but I was surprised that the entire ability is disabled (i.e. no settings entry), as opposed to just limiting what you can tether too. i.e. why should I not be able to tether over wifi, that is not an issue for the carrier and it lets me play with it, and might even be useful.
* calendar does not run in horizontal mode and still does not indicate which calendars have an event in any day (e.g. by having multiple colored dots under each day in month view mode rather than just a gray dot for whatever (including all) calendars have been selected.
* zoom is still limited when viewing docs (and still to less then is actually already possible, i.e. the snap-back)
* Notes can run horizontally, but you still can not change the size of the font or change that unreadable markerfelt POS. It would be fascinating to hear the explanation for this stupidity from the claimed temple of usability.
