software update

Hi there! I've heard that if I upgrade from OS 10.4.7 to OS 10.4.11 I'll loose my music and my photos - or at least some of them. Is that true? ?:|

The update is for the OS not your music/photo programs. Very unlikely (or nearly impossible) to loose anything in the update. But, as always, back-up your data before any updating and repair permissions after.

You should not lose anything...unless something goes wrong, which is why it always good to keep a current backup.
