Thanks for posting the info! I know more than a few people who've been looking for a solution.

Thanks, Dan. Because of this article, I am finding out that this is another one of those troublesome issues that somehow was overlooked by Apple. On my iPhone, I have 3 MoMe accounts. My main personal account is my default account for mail, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks. The other two are just family accounts with mail turned on. When I try to upload a video to my gallery it chooses one of the family accounts. FWIW, the account it chooses it the last MoMe account that was set up on my iPhone.
I just spent a combined total of one hour with Apple iPhone Support and MobileMe. Apple Support had no answers and kept insisting this is NOT an iPhone issue and to contact MobileMe Support. I asked the Tier 2 Product Specialist named Sarah Dorazio flat out, "So, what you are telling me is there is currently no way on the iPhone to choose which account your video will upload to, correct?". She repeatedly answered "I am not saying anything other than you should contact MobileMe Support and they will have all the answers pertaining to syncing with your MobileMe accounts." She sounded like a broken record. At one point she even told me that I shouldn't even be uploading videos from my iPhone anyway because video files are too large and should be done on my Mac instead. I said, what the eff are you even talking about?
After that ordeal, I went to MobileMe Chat support and all they had me do is check a few settings and then power cycle my iPhone and see if that changed anything. Her final question was, did I recently upgrade my iPhone software to 3.0. In my head I'm saying to myself, "What the eff?" I just told her I have a new iPhone 3GS! Why would I be upgrading?
To be fair, this has been one of those rare occasions that I was totally dissatisfied with Apple Support.

What if you don't want to waste your money on mobile me? Why can't the iPhone allow direct uploads to your choice of services? Really for what they charge for Mobile Me, you don't get very much.

For movies, it will allow you to upload directly to YouTube.

Mobile Me should be free of charge, 10 years ago steve killed the floppy and told the public people no long need a floppy anymore, because apple will be providing iTools free forever. after some years they changed the name to mac.com and start charging people like crazy, i joined once, the speed is like 56k, now i never join it again.
