Basically I am a solo web developer who has a mix of sites to manage (my clients as well as my own sites, my own sites are either products I've created and/or affiliate marketing sites).
I'm trying to find a basic application where I can:
Set up tasks and receive email alerts
Leave notes in customers files as well as my own sites files
I've tried highrise, basecamp, daylite but these seem to be overkill for me (I don't really need remote access right now and I do not use them for collaboration with clients + I have no staff).
I like to have everything in one place though (tried the whole address book, ical, spreadsheets,etc).
Any ideas?
Highrise's free plan may be ok but it can get cluttered quickly.
