Has anyone worked up a good bang for the buck setting for the WD TV player? I have been tinkering with a setting to get an image that looks and sounds good when played on a 42" TV.

Saved as a PDF as I will be using it as a reference material. THANKS for the great work.

Excellent. It seems as if Handbrake and Apple TV were made for each other. On the other hand, our PS3 isn't nearly as good and it's nearly impossible to get decent quality (including 5.1 audio) on it. This isn't Handbrake's fault of course.

Just downloaded Handbrake and formatted video, can view in ITunes but when I try to sync to phone it states cannot be viewed on phone.
The format of the file is MPEG-4 Video File.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Have you tried the iPhone preset?
If you're doing this manually, take a look at the video specs for the iPhone I linked to at the end of the article. You may be exceeding the resolution or bit rate allowed for the iPhone.

Chris: I did not change any defaults when Handbreak opened; I now see on the right side there are options, I will try again using the IPhone & ITouch option.
Thanks and will advise if that takes of the issue.

BigSleeze50,
No way to keep the menu with handbrake, as it creates single media files. You can use an app like DVD2OneX or Toast to compress the video_ts, but usually the point of handbrake is to single out the movie. You can, however, single out the extras as well.

I have found that I can't rip some of the newer DVDs with Handbrake 0.9.3 but 0.9.2 can. Is anyone else having this problem? Any thoughts? Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Thanks!
