damn.... i've been looking to pick up a canon to replace my minolta 7d and was going to sell off my minolta lenses but the a950 has peaked my interest.

Who buys these things, except for weirdos who for some reason are still using Minolta-mount lenses?

It's not like these cameras are cheaper than a Nikon or Canon, they cost about the same, but just give you poorer lens options.

And I care, why? Megapixels is a not a very good measure of a camera's quality, and has little effect on the pictures you take, other than taking more storage space.
