Firefox adds Flash plug-in update protection

Adobe provides an update manager that handles updates for their applications. However, how effective this is depends on the settings users have enabled. Since Adobe Reader has also had security issues recently, it's not a bad idea to have the Check for Updates item in the General preferences turned on.

The list of plug-ins 3.6 will check is good too, except I don't see any mention of Realplayer. Now that's a plug-in that's full of exploitable security holes, is widely installed (alas), and needs this sort of facility to protect users.
