how do i export messages in outlook

in outlook express 4.5, how do i export my messages which are in folders inside the inbox?

How many messages are we talking about and what sort of format do you want them exported to?

You can drag individual messages to the Desktop and then open these messages with a text reader such as BBEdit Lite. Or you can use an AppleScript such as OE Many to Word (ftp://ftp.macemail.com/oe/OEManyWord_2.2.hqx) to copy selected messages to Microsoft Word.
