I just signed up and, although I seldom agree to accept subscribe offers, several of the newsletters looked interesting. The problem is that on the signup form, I always get the error "The code did not match. Please try again." This despite the fact that it is only a 4 character captcha and is very easily read. I took a framed picture of a clear captcha and matching entry and error message as proof, but since I don't know the rules of the road on these forums yet, I didn't want to post a binary picture.
I assumed that it might be an Opera problem, but got the same thing with Safari. So it is probably down to a problem with me, although there isn't a lot of debugging to do with a four character field.
Anybody?

I'll forward along to Customer Support team. That's always a good place to start.

While we have no way from our end to determine what setting or configuration in your computer may be preventing you from using the Captcha code, one common reason for such a problem is a setting in a firewall or other security software. Since you encountered the problem with two browsers, that indicates it probably isn't related to your browser settings, so you may wish to check any security software you're running.
