I think you mean digital image stabilization, not optical.

Why did you not cover the Kodak Zi8? The Zi6 is pretty outdated... you even stated it's a year old.

How about you compare apples to apples, not applesauce.

I was going to type the exact same thing. A new Flip compared to the Zi6??? Where is the Zi8? I love mine and would never choose the new Flip over my Zi8.

The writer needs to review his articles for quality, up-to-date information, and (most importantly) typos.

We have a lovely search engine. Had you used it you would have found my review of the Zi8. Read the review and you'll find I found it to have some serious flaws.

Some of this was culled from an article we produced earlier this year.

As for the Zoom Q3, we have a review in the works. However, it still wouldn't fit in this article as it shoots standard definition, not HD.

I'm trying to compare more options than article covered: the SVP brand, Creative Labs, and a new Samsung model; and how they compare to Kodak and Flip. 14 yr old wants "flip" camera, just trying to get best buy/option. Are any of these brands of pocket HD camcorders compared by this site?
